Research Products

Due to the nature of research and laboratory products, purchases are generally final once fulfilled. Products that have been opened, used, altered, or stored outside appropriate conditions are not eligible for return.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@primebiology.co. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and affected product when applicable so our team can review the issue.

Return Authorization

Please do not send products back without contacting Prime Biology first. Any approved return must be authorized by our customer service team and returned in its original, unopened condition and packaging unless otherwise instructed.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Prime Biology. Return shipping responsibility will be communicated as part of the return authorization process.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us promptly. We will do our best to assist before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing has started.
